We are exploring the effect of partial or whole scale elimination of wheat from our diets based on the information from the book Wheat Belly by Dr. William Davis.

Wheat, Dr Davis says in his book, is not your grandmother’s wheat. It is now something that is as bad, or worse, than the current genetically modified products currently seen in the media, and yet we are encouraged to consume this food by doctors and dietitians.

If I told you that your arthritis, inflammation, weight and illnesses could be reduced or eliminated, would you experiment with your diet? Could you remove bread, pasta, cookies and cakes from your diet if it meant you got your life back?
