This fabulous video was shared on the Facebook Wheat Belly page this morning. This video is an excellent summary of five of the most significant points in the book.
At this point, 8 weeks after having a serious discussion with fellow blogger, Michikobud, I’ve managed to eliminate wheat to about 90%. I’m still finding wheat in places I never expected, and try to avoid those foods.
Note that not all gluten-free foods are good for your glycemic index, nor are all fruits and veggies. There are hidden sugars in everything – you decide how far you want to go.
